Griffin was born in Nairobi, Kenya, raised in Sedona, AZ & is currently based out of Oakland, CA. Griffin is an artist of many mediums & themes, and is a Muralist, Fine Artist & Digital Designer. His body of his work incorporates a fusion of elements from our modern technological age with motifs from the old world. He weaves such themes through a seamless use of form, movement & composition. Whether it’s illustrated on a smooth canvas or on a decayed urban wall. His work strikes a chord with one’s imagination and its possibilities. Griffin is considered one to be one of the Pioneers of Live Art in the Southern California Electronic Music scene, beginning in early 2001. Over the years he has since had the pleasure to paint, perform and collaborate with a diverse set of Iconic musical artists ranging from Afrika Bambaataa to Kraddy & many more.
