Featured Live Painter – Banding Hendrix

Taught at a early age to embrace and love all cultures. Banding Hendrix pulls from these cultures beauty and life to create a style of his own. Exploring the metaphysical nature of life by using art as a platform for experimentation into the realm of the unknown and the subconscious.

One of Banding Hendrix’s major goals is to produce as much as he can while always maintaining quality and growth. “I have so many images, ideas and colors in my head that I just want to paint them all. By doing this I can become closer to the only idea of what I feel truth can be”. ~Banding Hendrix.

Featured Live Painter – Dumperfoo

Bridging the gap between music and art with a paint brush as his instrument to create life on a canvas. That is a fair description of this modern day “Renaissance Man”. Live Art By Dumper: If your eyes are open I’m sure you have seen this phrase on hundreds of flyers throughout the US for concerts, festivals and various clubs. You may have wondered, “What’s a Dumper?” and “What kind of live art does Dumper do?” After many years of finding his place in the art community Dumper has pioneered a live progressive style of art. He has taken his art from inside a paint stained studio onto the stage of a live venue where people can experience everything from the first sketch on a blank canvas to him signing his name on a completed work of art.

All the shifting trends and unconventional styles in the world of art have left many artists overlooked. They sadly fall into the realm of starving forgotten artists. Some survive and even sculpt out a place for themselves in the world by creating the perfect venue to showcase their talents. Dumper, being raised in an artistic family and recognizing his ability by the age of 5, has done this and at the same time has become a dominant sought after name in the art community and beyond.

Dumper is an artist and a business entrepreneur who is exposing art in a whole new format. He stays busy during the day by doing graphic design for clothing companies, clubs, businesses, and album covers. You can also find him promoting the longest running hip hop weekly “The Blunt Club” and catch him there every Thursday night creating mind blowing pieces of art live on stage. As if this did’nt keep him busy enough, he also tours with three different bands (Drunken Immortals, The Insects, and Crusher
Sound System) doing show after show, city after city, exposing new fans to his craft.
